When Bilbo Baggins realizes the dangerous adventure he’s about to undertake with Gandalf and the dwarves, that includes the dragon Smaug, he falls to the floor of his hobbit hole and declares, “Struck by lightning! Struck by lightning!”

  1. Lovely post, Beth. I hope there are no dragons near you to interfere with and terrorize the fairies in your garden. That would be too upsetting to your niece.

  2. I don’t think I would want to make a dragon angry. That’s cute what Cailin told you. Great post.
